Refund Policy
We will do our best to resolve any issues you may come across, and to answer your questions so you have peace of mind.
By using our service you acknowledge the fact that outcomes will vary from user to user. We can't guarantee you'll achieve the exact same results you've seen on other pages on our website. It depends on a number of factors, many of which aren't in our direct control.
If you do have any questions you can message our dedicated Live Chat Team via our Home page, and they will attend to you between the hours of 9am and 7pm GMT(+0) Monday to Friday, and occasionally on weekends.
1. (Subscriptions) If Our System Fails To Provide A Service During A Calendar Week.
We'll ensure your post still get their Engagement Boosted in full and posts will be "topped up". Your Plan will be extended to help cover the period where there was downtime, and the service wasn't provided. Please note that the original billing date will not be updated or modified.
2. If You Bought The Wrong Pack By Accident.
We'll give you a special Coupon Code for the amount of the package you purchased by accident, and you will be able to purchase the right one using this coupon, and get money off.
3. (Subscriptions) If You Decide That You Don't Want To Continue, But Our Service Worked.
A refund will NOT be issued as there was no issue with the services.
4. (Subscriptions) If It Takes Longer Than 24 Hours For The Service To Be Fully Activated.
After Payment, you will be directed to a page containing your Client Onboarding Form. If you don't fill out the form, and follow the steps, we can extend your subscription further, but can't issue a refund. If it was delayed due to an error on our end, we'll extend your Plan to cover the period of time in which the service wasn't provided.
5. (Subscriptions) If You Change Your Instagram @Username, And The Engagement Stops.
We can’t issue a refund. Please message us if you're going to change your Instagram @username, so we can update our records, and add you in to our Engagements Signal Boosting System.
6. If You Expect Something From A Plan That's Not Originally Described On The Website.
We'll NOT refund a Plan if the person(s) did not read the description or expected a feature or outcome that was not described in the Plan's contents. Please make sure you read the features of each Plan, and view our FAQs, or even message our Live Chat Concierge to get any potential issues answered before you sign up. Scammers / Slander will be reported to authorities and users will be barred from ever using our Services.
